Sunset Seaside Sound Alchemy session
This is a special and unique experience where an uplifting resonance of frequencies and vibrations are combined from a Sound Alchemy integration session through two beautiful channels.
Let the energetics of nature anchor through harmonious collaborative effort and a most beautiful sound bath by the sea.
Two professionals Rebekah De Bono & Stefanie Attard come together again this time to harmonise and unify the collective vibration through the facilitation of an alchemical sound journey using instruments beyond your imagination. Some may be familiar such as crystal bowls, gongs chimes and others will be interesting instruments that will leave a lasting impact and assist in the activation of your quantum leap.
Each instrument is tuned to a specific frequency resonating with the energetics of our intentions.
All participants will lay down in a comfortable position on a yoga mat in the sand and simply take in the sounds, elements and energy of the experience allowing them to relax deeply, receive and align to their intentions.
What to bring :- Water, a blanket, yoga mat, jacket, journal, pen and fruit to share.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a warm jacket and blanket also best to fast from solid foods up to 2 hrs before we will share fruit after.
