A New Hope: Second Chances and a Forgotten Boy is a Christian book written by Author Emily Stalder Johnson.  She is an emerging author who is passionate about writing Christian fiction to inspire and encourage her readers. 

This book’s story plot is about a young Dublin Pearson’s tumultuous life who is suddenly changed for the better one day when a man he’s never met rescues him from his abusive father.

Andy Caldwell takes the boy in as his own son and shows him love and kindness, teaching him about his horses and of God. But when tragedy strikes months later, Dublin must decide for himself if he can trust in the Lord.

With a total of 270 pages, A New Hope: Second Chances and a Forgotten Boy is an easy reading interesting book.  Moreover it has vivid descriptions to give the reader an idea of the scenery and time of the scene. 

I highly recommend this book as the descriptive writing of the characters in the story really grabbed my interest quickly and I could not put this book down.
