Secret Women’s Business Lingerie: Confessions from the Change rooms: A Lingerie Memoir by Pauline Kramer-Saxon
Secret Women’s Business Lingerie: Confessions from the Change rooms: A Lingerie Memoir by Pauline Kramer-Saxon is a book about parenting and relationships.
With a total of 148 pages, this book is about Pauline’s own story, of her European immigrant parents starting new lives in Australia, carrying over to the new world, their expertise in the handmade lingerie store, from the old country, amid multiple adventures told in Pauline’s own charming voice.
The stories in this book run a gamut of emotions involving love, marriage, divorce, sex of many kinds, joy, sorrow, loss and body image. What they all have in common is a love of lingerie. While each story is based on true life experiences, names and personal details have been changed to protect identities.
A highly recommended book. I quite enjoyed this book, as while reading it I could feel like I have known author Pauline for many years.
This is literally a book that will make you laugh and cry and sometimes compel you to do both at the same time.
