Tell me more about your latest book

My book talks about being a twin and the likes and differences that some people may not know. One major difference is my twin Tyrese is on the Autism Spectrum and has more needs sometimes.

Did you ever have a rough patch in writing?

Yes, we had a delay with our illustrator and after 7 months my mom just had to find another guy. His name is Tone Rone at Ink Art Studios he got everything done quickly. Then my publisher Delores Thornton done the edits and sent it off and my book was back in a week.

How many books have you written so far?

Just this one right now, but I have some new ideals I’m working on.

Do you view writing as a kind of spiritual practice?

No, it was more of trying to get others to understand what my brother needs daily at home and school.

What’s the best way to market your books?

I do a lot of events as a vendor, radio and podcasts and I also promote myself on my social media accounts.

You don’t have to be a writer in order to be an author – how true is that?

I would say true, anyone can have a story and you don’t have to be a writer just a good storyteller.

What is your advice for aspiring writers?

Follow your dreams and reach for the stars your story might help someone.
