I also liked the fact that at the close of each chapter, there was a personal reflection for readers through questions which catalyze personal exploration and insights for immediate impact.

I must say that this book taught me a lot of things and opened my mind to more new things, especially during this period of time while staying safe at home during Covid-19 period.

The personal experiences that the author shares to his readers and the case studies he explains in his book are surely inspiring and refreshing.
