Situated in the heart of the stunning Hotel Fortina 5 Star Resort & Spa, Moroboshi Sushi & Teppanyaki is part of an international award winning chain of Japanese restaurants. It is probably the best Japanese fine dining restaurant in Malta offering a unique experience in Japanese cuisine. Moroboshi Sushi & Teppanyaki is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner with a great bottle of wine.
You might try it once, and you will soon be hooked by becoming a regular client. I have tried out Moroboshi Sushi & Teppanyaki food more than once for dinner. I can tell that their team of creative chefs and great staff are ready to spoil their clients during every visit.
Italian owner – Guido Consoli confessed that he loves all Japan culture and ofcourse its food. He has been in Tokyo himself, and wanted to try out something new here in Malta. That is why he opened Moroboshi Sushi & Teppanyaki.
Thanks to him and his restaurant – Moroboshi offers options of dining at its sushi bar, in its inviting main dining area, outdoor in its beautiful tropical garden or at teppanyaki tables with the Hibachi chefs working in front of their guests preparing their meals right in front of them, it’s up to the client to decide.
During my dinner experiences at Moroboshi Sushi & Teppanyaki I could notice the reassurance of getting to see fresh ingredients being used to prepare a toothsame meal. Speaking to Mr Consoli he assured me that every morning daily he buys himself fresh fish from a local fish shop to be used in Moroboshi’s kitchen.
Moroboshi Sushi & Teppanyaki Menu is really friendly to understand what you are ordering. Every sushi name is described well by a picture for each item. There are over 100 specialities listed on the menu which offer a substantial choice for the Japanese cuisine gourmand. An absolute focus is laid on wine. Menu featuring sushi, sashimi, noodles, tempura alongside a selection of signature dishes including precious meats and vegetarian dishes, customers are sure to have a truly memorable dining experience. Moroboshi also offers a fast take-away service and a home delivery service to all the surrounding areas.
Together with Mr Consoli, I invite everyone and recommend the restaurant to anyone who likes Japanese food. Whether it’s during the week or during the weekend, Moroboshi Sushi & Teppanyaki is always a great escape from the normal restaurants found on the island.
