Rachel’s life was all about work and never found time for herself. One day she decided to make a fresh start and her life took a twist. She embraced the glow of good health by exercise and learned how to balance her diet. Rachel nowadays motivates others to do the same.
Rachel is a fully qualified EREPS registered Personal Trainer. She offers one-to-one training and also group classes. A one-to-one training package includes: initial consultation, health and medical forms, fitness test, fat test, goal setting, tailor-made programme, nutritional advice and 60 minutes individual training sessions. The group classes range from the soothing calm of Pilates to high impact aerobics.
